What areas do you deliver to?

Yes. We offer options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-carb diets. When ordering, select your dietary preferences and our team prepares meals accordingly. Custom requests require 48 hours notice.

What is included in corporate lunch packages?

Corporate packages include individual meal containers, utensils, napkins, and beverages. Minimum order is 10 meals per delivery. We provide setup assistance for larger orders and can accommodate recurring weekly schedules for offices.

How far in advance should I place an order?

Standard orders need 24 hours notice. Corporate lunch orders require 48 hours for quantities over 25 meals. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on kitchen capacity.

Are the meals prepared fresh daily?

All meals are prepared in our licensed kitchen using fresh ingredients. We cook daily batches and never use frozen components. Proteins are sourced from local suppliers and vegetables are delivered fresh each morning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Corporate clients can set up monthly billing with NET 30 terms after account approval. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 12 hours before scheduled delivery without penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% charge as ingredients have already been prepared.

Do you provide nutritional information?

Every meal includes detailed nutritional breakdown showing calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber content. This information is printed on each container label and available on our website menu.

How should I store the meals?

Store meals in your refrigerator at 40°F or below immediately upon delivery. Meals remain fresh for 5 days. Heating instructions are on each container. Microwave times vary by dish but typically range from 2-4 minutes.

What if I have food allergies?

Please notify us of any allergies when ordering. Our kitchen follows strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination. We clearly label all ingredients and can exclude specific allergens from your meals. Severe allergy cases should contact us directly.

Do you offer subscription plans?

Yes, weekly and monthly subscription plans are available with discounted rates. Subscribers receive priority scheduling and can pause deliveries when needed. Plans include 5, 10, or 15 meals per week depending on your needs.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Deliveries can be left at your door in insulated bags with ice packs if you provide authorization. We recommend bringing meals inside within 2 hours. Alternative delivery instructions can be added to your account for future orders.
